As a decentralized wallet, you maintain full control and responsibility for your private keys and digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Noctar Wallet, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your private keys and recovery phrase
  • Ensuring the accuracy of transaction details
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
  • Safely storing your seed phrase before deleting or logging out of your wallet

4. Account Control and Deletion

Noctar Wallet provides users with complete control over their wallet and data:

  • Upon logout or deletion, all wallet data is permanently erased from the device
  • We do not maintain any backup of your wallet data or private information
  • Wallet restoration is only possible through your personal seed phrase
  • We cannot assist in recovering wallets or funds if you lose your seed phrase

By using Noctar Wallet, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining your seed phrase and understand that wallet deletion or logout without proper backup may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Noctar Wallet is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Noctar Wallet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our application or website.
